The project board: every report lands in Received, gets picked up, and ships through Pending Release.

How it works

From a user's clickto a shipped fix.

The widget captures the context, AI does the first pass, and your team — or your coding agent — picks it up, ships it and closes the loop on the public board.

What's inside

Everything between a report and a release.

A drop-in widget, AI triage, a team board, a public board and agent tooling — compatible with the Make This Better clients and running on our own server.

Drop-in feedback widget

One script tag or npm import. Screenshots, annotations, replays, console errors and an optional clarifying question.

AI triage, bring your own key

Anthropic or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, per project. Keys are encrypted at rest.

Board and list views

Received → In Progress → Pending Release → Closed, with labels, priority, assignees, search and an archive.

Public board with voting

Optional per project. Users follow their reports, see what shipped and upvote what matters.

CLI, MCP and skills

Coding agents list, pick, mark ready and release feedback with personal API tokens.

Self-hosted on our server

Next.js and Postgres in Docker. Feedback, screenshots and replays never leave Beansmile's infrastructure.
